It’s fondue time – around the globe

It doesn’t always have to be white wine! Just like the dip in the fondue pan, the ingredients in the fondue are varied, and at the Expo in Dubai, this traditional Swiss dish is served in an exotic way… In Switzerland, we launched two new products: the vegan almond spread and the high-protein processed cheese slice. Have fun with these new additions!

«Pommes Fondue» currently at the Expo in Dubai

Our Swiss cheese fondue is currently being served in boiled potatoes as a finger food snack called «Pommes Fondue» at the Expo 2020 in Dubai.

It’s amazing how many delicious ways there are of preparing our traditional dish!

Cheese fondue with beer for the USA

A Swiss cheese fondue refined with beer acquires a special, slightly tart tang.

We had the privilege of developing this recipe for Aldi in the US and the product has now been launched. 

Idea: use pretzels for dipping instead of white bread.

Fondü Cider has just been launched in Canada! The cider gives the fondue a fine apple taste and the cheese provides the seasoning. This recipe is particularly popular with children, who prefer sweetness over sour flavours.
