Our history

Processed cheese was first produced by Swiss industrialist Walter Gerber at Gerber & Co. AG (later Gerberkäse AG) in Thun in 1911. Today, the Gerber brand is part of the Emmi Group and continues to enjoy a high level of recognition in Switzerland. Through the merger of various companies, we have established ourselves as a competence centre for B2B products.
